Our Matir Bari homestay has 2 Double Bed Rooms and 1 Triple Bed Room Cottage. Dedicated bathrooms for rooms in the main house. Attached bathroom in the cottage.
Arrangements can be made for extra people.
Food facilities available.
Air conditioner is available in all rooms.
After you receive confirmation of booking from us, you may give your preferences / choices of food. Accordingly, we can suggest you the probable menu.

Terms and conditions

Full payment has to be made for rooms prior to visit. Bookings shall not be considered final unless full payment has been received either in cash or by account transfer.
Lodging shall be provided only for the people paid for.
The main gate closes at 10 PM. Kindly ensure that you enter the homestay by that time.
Kindly bring copies of Aadhar cards for all members of the team and copies of valid photo ID proof for children.
Stay for children below 5 years is free.

Do's
Please switch off all electrical appliances before you leave the room.
Please close all doors and windows of the rooms before you leave.
Please check the room for any belongings before you vacate it.
Take care of the room and the house. It needs your cooperation.
Please inform the staff of your decisions regarding food and stay at least 6-8 hours in advance

Don’ts
Alcohol/drugs/narcotics STRICTLY prohibited.
Please do not misbehave with the staff. They are here to make your stay memorable.
Please do not waste electricity and water.
Please do not damage the house, rooms or any part of the premises. This shall result in repairing costs to be added in your bills.
Please do not litter the place.
The house and its premises are not to be used for any commercial purposes
